We are experiencing shipping delays due to transport restrictions worldwide. The delay may happen at any point during the shipping process including while your order is in transit. In general it is expected to have a delay of 3-5 days.

Where does Keyincentiv deliver to? 

We deliver worldwide. However some remote areas are difficult to reach, therefore shipping delays are expected. If you want to check the expected delivery time of a remote area, please email us at [email protected]

How much does shipping cost?

For a total bill of above 35 pounds, delivery is completely free. For the Order Value below 35 pounds there is a flat  4.95 charge for delivery. This will be displayed at checkout.

What types of delivery does Keyincentiv have?

In most cases we use DHL. However, if another courier is at that moment faster, we might choose that courier instead.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times

Europe [Germany/Poland/Italy/Spain/United Kingdom]:  8 – 15 days
USA and Canada:   6 – 20 days
Oceania:  8 – 20 days
Latin America:  9 – 26 days
Other countries:  11 – 30 days

Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you the information on how to track your order.
